Screens not connecting after being plugged in
Please follow the steps in this troubleshooting guide:
Check power source: Make sure the screens are plugged in and switched on.
Check Cables: Make sure the USB-C cable is connected to your laptop correctly and that it is also plugged into the monitor.
Refresh Screens: Sometimes a simple flushing of power out of the monitors can resolve this issue. Make sure the screen is powered off unplug the kettle lead at the back and re-insert. DO NOT do this if you cannot turn the plug off from the socket.
Restart Laptop: Drivers can become faulty and this can cause an issue with your device/screen. Sometimes a simple restart can refresh these drivers but if this fails new drivers may have to be installed.
